Return Policy

Please pay make note of the description, size and picture of an item.  Got Mustard Seed has an "ALL SALES FINAL" policy;  however, I do understand that sometimes we order on-line and when we get the product, it is not what we thought it would be.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible as it is my desire to have a happy customer.

The Return Policy Notes:
1.  Please contact me within 24 hours of receipt of your merchandise.
2.  If an item is damaged or lost during shipment and you have not requested insurance (email me to get insurance), no refund or exchange will be given. Each item is checked prior to sending for damage.
3.  Exchanges will be offered on a limited basis.  My highest priority is having a satisfied customer. If an item is exchanged, customer will pay shipping costs.

Order Shipment Policy

In-Stock Items: Orders usually ship within 4 to 5 business days from order date. If there is a reason for shipment delays (such as vacation, holiday, etc.), you will be notified via email.

Out-of-Stock Items: Feel free to email me if there is something you want to order and it is out-of-stock.

Personal Checks

Make your check payable to Got Mustard Seed? with a note of which item your ordered.

Please note:  Items will not ship until personal checks have cleared the bank (this takes 7-10 days).  All checks must be written in US Funds and made payable to Got Mustard Seed? Returned Check Fee: $25 plus any additional fees my bank charges me. 

Money Orders and Bank/Cashier's Checks must be in US funds.
